“ Whoever is making the schedule for this restaurant needs to be fired! I understand that normally Mondays are slow days for restaurants but when a Monday falls on a holiday, you need more staff! Having ONE person for the bar AND for table service is clearly a sign you don't know what you're doing! ”
“ Ok I read the reviews some where years old do mine will be about 4 days old. I live in the area didn't even know this Kelly Tavern was located in Gent. If u live or are visiting the area and want go food then go to Kelly Tavern. Food was so good I forgot to take a picture. Had the fish and chips. Excellent. Hard to find good food and I think I found it. Nice vibe. Not loud. Waitress was very attentive and u get good service and that's what we want in a restaurant. Price is very fair. I will be going here more no need to drive far anymore. Favorite restaurant right here. Me and my ladies will surely be attending. ”

Answered any questions we had with all great possible answers and even took care of us when we asked for specific speciality drinks (strawberry tea). John K was more than pleasant and knowledgeable. Customer service was excellent & his humble attitude made me feel beyond comfortable to come back. John K didn’t turn us away when we had questions like most people or restaurants have been. Thank you John K for amazing service! You are the true leader of how to take care of people inside your business! ”
“ Loved this place! The burgers are juicy and big! We have tried all of the burgers and they are all wonderful. Our son filled up on the kids meal and he normally needs an adult burger, so that was wonderful. Waitresses are kind but not overbearing. The chefs are fast and good at what they do. Will def return. I would def consider playing more diverse music, instead of so many covers of white artists singing black artists songs. That’s the only things that would have made our trips there more awesome. ”
